(10’L x 8’W x 3.5’H)

Designed for small clean-outs, roofing jobs, and small room remodels. Also a great solution for shorter driveways that can’t fit larger roll-off containers.

20 YARD

(22’L x 8’W x 3.5’H)

Ideal for residential and smaller commercial roofing replacement, home remodeling, larger trash-outs, garage demolition, hardfill, and yard waste.

30 YARD

(22’L x 8’W x 5’H)

Great for residential remodels, larger trash-outs, standard commercial work, new home construction, and whole house renovations. This is our most requested container.

40 YARD

(22’L x 7’W x 7’H)

Perfect for roofing jobs, large construction projects, large remodeling projects, or multi-unit cleanouts.

Construction & Demolition Debris

Construction and Demolition Debris (C&DD) is material resulting from the construction or demolition of man-made structures. C&DD does not include any solid wastes.

Sanitary & Household Waste

Sanitary/Household Waste is a type of solid waste generated from community and commercial operations. This includes wastes from households, offices, stores, house clean-outs, and other miscellaneous garbage.

Cardboard, Paper Plastic, Styrofoam
Caulking Tubes
Grass
Empty Paint Cans & Spackling Compound Buckets
Old Clothing
Carpets and Rugs
Furniture and Bed Springs

Plastic and Metal Jugs and Drums and Barrels (Must Be Empty and Approved by Our Office)

Yard Waste/Brush

Material generated from the clearing or removal of small trees, shrubs, tree limbs.

‍Materials include:
‍Tree branches under 4" diameter
Brush
Lawn clippings
Leaves

‍Please, no stumps, dirt, or sand in the container. These items will cause the load to be refused at the disposal site.

Hardfill

Clean hard fill consists only of reinforced or non-reinforced concrete, asphalt concrete, brick, block, tile, and/or stone. "Clean" in clean hard fill means that the clean hard fill material is not contaminated by solid wastes, infectious wastes, hazardous wastes, or construction and demolition debris (C&DD).

PLEASE NOTE: We are not permitted to accept tires, appliances, air conditioners, refrigerators, cans of any kind, tanks of any kind (gas, propane, etc.). Please inquire with specific questions as SOME MATERIAL IS PROHIBITED; OTHERS ARE RESTRICTED AND WILL INCUR EXTRA FEES.

What is a roll-off container/dumpster?

A roll-off container, or dumpster, is a portable, on-site waste receptacle commonly used for the removal of construction debris and garbage from residential, commercial, and industrial applications. They’re called roll-off containers because they’re rolled on and off a truck when picked up and delivered. Roll-off containers come in a several different sizes and can be used for the removal of various materials.

How much does a roll-off dumpster cost?

The average dumpster rental price is $300 – $700, though prices vary based on container size, type and weight of debris, length of the rental period, roll-off container availability, and your location. Do I need to get a street permit?

Placing the rented dumpster on your property is the best option, but if you are planning to place it on the street, you will need to consult with your city or township’s street department about obtaining a street permit for the container. Street permits are usually issued for a seven to 30 day time period and vary in price depending on the city.

How long can I rent it?

Our standard rental period is for 7 days. Starting the 8th day, there is an equipment rental charge of $10/day. If you think that you are going to need to container for an extended period of time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Dumpster Delivery and Pick Up

Our drivers deliver and pick up containers Monday - Friday. Service can take place anytime throughout the day. You do not need to be present for delivery or removal. YOU MUST CALL TO SCHEDULE FOR DUMPSTER REMOAL.
